Vibrant磁共振动态增强联合血管成像在乳腺良恶性病变诊断中的价值

【摘要】:目的探讨Vibrant动态增强联合MR血管成像在乳腺良恶性病变诊断中应用价值。方法 36例患者共40个病灶,其中恶性病灶18个,良性病灶22个,行乳腺动态增强MRI检查,并重建得到3D-MIP图像。在GE ADW 4.3图像工作站运用Functool功能软件对增强病变进行血流动力学分析。结果以Ⅱ~Ⅲ型曲线,信号增强率90%,峰值时间出现在3 min之前,周围血管征阳性作为恶性标准,敏感性分别为88.9%、88.9%、83.3%、77.8%,特异性分别为72.7%、54.5%、90.9%、86.4%,准确性分别为80%、70%、87.5%、82.5%,阳性预测值分别为72.7%、61.5%、88,2%、82.4%,阴性预测值分别为88.9%、85.7%、86.9%、82.6%,良恶性差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论 Vibrant动态增强血流动力学特征联合周围血管征在乳腺良恶性病变判断方面具有重要价值。
