青少年颈椎椎间盘MRI测量的应用解剖学研究

【摘要】:目的通过MRI对青少年颈椎椎间盘的测量,为人工间盘设计、置换及椎间盘相关疾病诊治提供理论依据。方法用SIGNA MR/1.5T磁共振对40例正常青少年(14~17岁)颈椎间盘矢状位多层面的高度及前后径测量:以颈椎正矢状面为中心,分别向两侧以3 mm为间隔,扫描5组矢状位图像,选择正中层面测量椎间盘中心高度与前后径,由两名MRI副主任医师测量后取平均值。结果 (1)颈椎间盘前后径为(14.036±1.812)mm,中心高(4.111±0.813)mm;(2)从C_(2~3)到C_(6~7)各组椎间盘前后径和中心高组间比较均无统计学差异(均P0.05)。(3)按性别各组椎间盘前后径和中心高组间比较均无统计学差异(均P0.05)。结论 (1)14~17岁青少年颈椎椎间盘高度、前后径各值从C_(2~7)呈渐增趋势,各测量值间无统计学差异。(2)MRI可直观显示青少年颈椎间盘形态,测量数据能够满足人工椎间盘选择需要。
