基于格兰杰因果分析的右额叶肿瘤患者的功能网络研究
[Abstract]:Based on Granger causality (Granger) analysis, we studied the abnormal changes in the resting network of patients with right frontolobe tumors, and discussed the pathological mechanism related to right frontalar tumors. The resting brain function data of 8 patients with right frontolobe tumor and 8 normal volunteers were collected by resting functional magnetic resonance imaging (FMRI). The amplitude of low frequency oscillations were analyzed by (ALFF). The ALFFvalues of patients with frontolobe tumors and normal controls were tested by double sample T test, and the activation regions of patients with frontolobe tumors were examined, and the Granger residual coefficients between ROI were calculated by using the activation region as the region of interest (ROI),). The residual coefficients of the two groups were tested by double sample T test. There were significant differences in Granger residual coefficients between the supplementary motor area and the anterior cuneiform lobe, the dorsolateral superior frontalis gyrus and the intraorbital superior frontalis gyrus in the patients with right forehead lobe tumor and the normal control group. According to the results of ALFF, the functional activity of the right frontal lobe decreased in the resting state, which was related to the inactivation of some tissues of the frontolobe tumor, while the functional activity of the left frontal lobe was enhanced. The causality between the right dorsolateral superior frontalis and the left intraorbital superior frontalis changed obviously, which may be related to the compensation of the left frontalis. The change of the information flow direction between the supplementary motion area and the anterior cuneiform lobe may be caused by the enhancement of the effect of the default network on the motion area.
