小儿腹部占位病变超声表现及诊断价值决策研究

【摘要】：观察小儿腹部占位病变的超声表现并研究其诊断价值。选取我科诊断并经临床手术病理确诊210例腹部占位病变进行回顾性分析。本组96例良性,114例恶性。腹部良性肿瘤大多为囊性肿物声像,边界清晰且包膜完整;而实体性肿瘤多数为恶性肿瘤,多为形状不规则,回声紊乱,边界不清且向周围浸润。VEDV、VPSV、RI及PI等参数,良性肿瘤与恶性肿瘤差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。超声对小儿腹部肿瘤的诊断有重要意义,在临床诊断决策中起到重要的作用。
[Abstract]:The ultrasonic findings of abdominal space occupying lesions in children were observed and their diagnostic value was studied. 210 cases of abdominal space occupying lesions diagnosed by our department and diagnosed by clinical operation and pathology were analyzed retrospectively. 96 cases were benign and 114 cases were malignant. Most of the benign tumors of the abdomen were cystic masses with clear boundary and complete capsule. However, most of the solid tumors were malignant tumors, most of them were irregular shape, disordered echo, unclear boundary and infiltrated around them. VEDV, VPSV,RI and PI parameters showed significant difference between benign tumors and malignant tumors (P 0.05). Ultrasound plays an important role in the diagnosis of abdominal tumors in children.
