【摘要】：正患者女,61岁,因突发胸闷、气短,伴左胸部及腋下胀痛、颈部肿胀3 h,并出现1次短暂意识丧失就诊。既往糖尿病病史10余年。查体:血压116 mmHg/70 mmHg,心脏各瓣膜听诊区未闻及明显杂音及心包摩擦音。实验室检查:肌钙蛋白Ⅰ0.16μg/L,N-端脑钠肽前体2 910 ng/L,乳酸脱氢酶、肌酸激酶及其同工酶正常。心电图检查:急性下后壁心肌梗死。床旁
