高频彩超诊断阴茎癌并腹股沟淋巴结转移1例

【摘要】：正患者男,62岁。主因阴茎头及左侧腹股沟区肿物伴触痛1个月入院。查体:阴茎成年型,包茎,尿道外口略显红肿,有黄白色分泌物。阴茎头偏右侧红肿,触痛明显。左侧腹股沟区可触及多发肿物,最大直径约30 mm,活动度尚可,触痛明显。高频彩超检查:阴茎头可见28.9 mm×15.1 mm×21.2 mm中低回声肿物,边界欠清,形态不规整,局部与海绵体界限模糊,周边可见多发细小点状强回声,最大直
[Abstract]:The positive patient is 62 years old. The main cause was penile head and left inguinal mass with tenderness for 1 month. Body examination: penis adult, phimosis, urethral orifice slightly red and swollen, with yellow and white secretions. The right side of the penis head is red and swollen, and the tenderness is obvious. The left inguinal area could touch multiple masses, the maximum diameter was about 30 mm, and the tenderness was obvious. High frequency color Doppler ultrasound examination: 28.9 mm 脳 15.1 mm 脳 21.2 mm hypoechoic masses were found in the penile head, the boundary was unclear, the shape was irregular, the boundary between the local and cavernous bodies was blurred, and multiple fine punctate strong echoes were seen around the penis.
