军团菌肺炎并发尿崩症1例

【摘要】：正军团菌广泛存在于自然界水源中,感染后主要引起肺炎和肺外器官损害,临床表现各异,目前世界多个国家和地区均有军团菌病的报道[1],但军团菌肺炎并发尿崩症目前国内外文献尚少见报道。本院收治1例,现报告如下。1临床资料患者女性,60岁,因"咳嗽、咳痰3 d,伴间隙高热1 d"于2012年11月3日入急诊病房。3 d前因受凉后出现咳嗽、咳痰、呼吸困难,1 d前出现纳差、恶心、乏力、发热,体温最高40℃。查体:体温36.6℃,脉搏93次/min,呼吸23次/min,血压80/50 mmHg。神志清楚,精神萎靡,脉搏细弱。口唇轻度发绀,双
[Abstract]:Legionella is widely found in natural water sources. After infection, it mainly causes pneumonia and extrapulmonary organ damage, and its clinical manifestations are different.
