三拗芎葶汤对COPD急性加重期痰热郁肺证型患者8-异前列腺素F2α的影响

【摘要】：目的：探讨中医药三拗芎葶汤对COPD急性加重期痰热郁肺证患者的临床疗效以及其对体内氧化/抗氧化失衡状态的影响。方法：收集患者共60例,随机分为治疗组、对照组各30例。对照组给予西医基础治疗,治疗组在西医基础治疗上加用三拗芎葶汤口服,疗程均为10天。统计分析两组治疗前后症状积分、肺功能及血8-异前列腺素F2α(8-iso-PGF2α)。结果：治疗前两组患者的各项指标统计结果无显著性差异(P0.05),具有可比性。两组患者治疗后临床症状、体征积分均较治疗前明显改善,且治疗组优于对照组。治疗组总显效率明显高于对照组(P0.05),并且对肺功能的改善更明显(P0.05)。两组患者血8-异前列腺素F2α水平治疗后均显著下降,治疗组的下降水平与对照组相比差异有显著性(P0.05)。结论：三拗芎葶汤联合西医综合治疗能更好地改善患者临床症状及肺功能,并具有较好的抗氧化作用,改善体内氧化/抗氧化失衡。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the clinical effect of Sanwaoxiongting decoction (TCM) on the patients with acute exacerbation of COPD with phlegm and heat stagnation and its effect on the imbalance of oxidation and antioxidation in vivo. Methods: 60 patients were randomly divided into treatment group (n = 30) and control group (n = 30). The control group was treated with basic western medicine, and the treatment group was treated with Sanao Xiongting decoction for 10 days. Symptom score, pulmonary function and blood 8-iso-PGF2 伪 were statistically analyzed before and after treatment. Results: there was no significant difference between the two groups before treatment (P0.05). The scores of clinical symptoms and signs were significantly improved after treatment in both groups, and the treatment group was superior to the control group. The total effective rate in the treatment group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P0.05), and the improvement of pulmonary function was more obvious (P0.05). The blood 8-isoprostaglandin F _ 2 伪 level in the two groups decreased significantly after treatment, and there was a significant difference between the treatment group and the control group (P0.05). Conclusion: Sanwaoxiongting decoction combined with western medicine can improve the clinical symptoms and lung function of the patients, and has a better antioxidant effect, and improve the imbalance of oxidation / antioxidation in vivo.
