热灭活白念珠菌对单核源性树突状细胞microRNA表达谱的影响

【摘要】:为分析白念珠菌活化的树突状细胞microRNA表达谱的变化,进而为研究microRNA在白念珠菌引发的固有免疫应答过程中的调节作用提供参考。我们采用microRNA芯片法分析了白念珠菌刺激前后人单核源性树突状细胞内microRNA表达谱的变化,采用MicroCosm v5、TargetScan 5.1和MICRORNA.ORG预测差异表达的microRNA的靶点,并对这些靶点进行GO和pahway分析。结果表明白念珠菌可以上调人单核源性树突状细胞内62个microRNA的表达,下调4个microRNA的表达。这些差异表达的microRNA的理论靶点广泛地参与了多个生物学过程以及多条信号通路。
[Abstract]:It is useful to analyze the expression profile of microRNA in dendritic cells activated by Candida albicans and to study the regulatory role of microRNA in the innate immune response induced by Candida albicans. The microRNA expression profiles of monocyte derived dendritic cells stimulated by Candida albicans were analyzed by microRNA-chip method. The targets of differentially expressed microRNAs were predicted by MicroCosm v5TargetScan 5.1 and MICRORNA.ORG, and these targets were analyzed by go and pahway. The results showed that Candida albicans could up-regulate the expression of 62 microRNAs and down-regulate the expression of 4 microRNAs in human mononuclear dendritic cells. The theoretical targets of these differentially expressed microRNAs are widely involved in multiple biological processes and multiple signaling pathways.
