脱细胞基质在组织工程气管移植中的研究进展

【摘要】：目的综述脱细胞基质在组织工程气管中的研究现状、进展及未来前景。方法广泛查阅脱细胞基质在组织工程气管研究中的相关文献,对不同脱细胞基质修复人和动物气管病损的研究现状进行综合分析。结果气管组织工程应用的脱细胞基质包括空肠、膀胱、主动脉和气管。结论脱细胞膀胱基质及空肠基质在修复气管小范围非环形病损中具有较好效果,脱细胞主动脉基质在长段气管病损中的应用还需进一步研究,脱细胞气管基质在长段气管病损中具有良好的应用前景。
[Abstract]:Objective to review the research status, progress and future prospects of acellular matrix in tissue engineering trachea. Methods the related literatures of acellular matrix in trachea tissue engineering were reviewed and the current research status of different acellular matrix in repairing trachea lesions in human and animal were analyzed. Results the acellular matrix used in trachea tissue engineering included jejunum, bladder, aorta and trachea. Conclusion acellular bladder matrix and jejunum matrix have good effect in the repair of tracheal small scale non-circular lesions. The application of acellular aortic matrix in long tracheal lesions needs further study. Acellular tracheal matrix has a good application prospect in long tracheal lesions.
