KPC型碳青霉烯酶研究概况及进展

【摘要】:多重耐药(MDR)菌株广泛播散,在抗菌药物的选择性压力下,随着blaKPC耐药基因在不同菌种和菌株间播散,进一步加剧了抗感染治疗的风险和成本。本文通过对KPC型碳青霉烯酶研究的新进展作一简要综述,旨在为产KPC酶耐药细菌感染的预防、治疗及感染控制提供依据。
[Abstract]:Multi-drug resistant strains of (MDR) were widely disseminated. Under the selective pressure of antimicrobial agents, the risk and cost of anti-infection therapy were further aggravated by the spread of blaKPC resistance genes among different strains and strains. In order to provide basis for the prevention, treatment and infection control of drug-resistant bacteria producing KPC, this paper briefly reviewed the recent advances in the study of carbapenem-like enzymes of KPC type.
