不同月龄SPF级布氏田鼠血液学指标与生化指标的比较

【摘要】：目的:本实验分别对4和12月龄SPF级布氏田鼠进行了血常规和血生化指标的检测,比较不同月龄布氏田鼠间的差异。方法:检测12项血常规指标,24项血生化指标。结果:12月龄布氏田鼠的平均血红细胞体积、红细胞分布宽度、谷丙转氨酶、乳酸脱氢酶、谷草转氨酶、血清总蛋白、肌酸激酶、胆固醇、免疫球蛋白、Ca、Na、Cl、K、P以及谷氨酰基转移酶高于4月龄田鼠,而血红蛋白、血小板数、平均血小板比积、平均血红蛋白浓度、血清白蛋白、血糖、肌酐、A/G以及尿素氮低于4月龄田鼠。部分指标在性别间有显著差异。结论:布氏田鼠的血液和生化指标随着月龄增长有显著变化,而且该变化存在性别差异。
