血清心型脂肪酸结合蛋白、S-100B蛋白和神经元特异性烯醇化酶在急性脑梗死早期诊断和评估中的价值

【摘要】:目的探讨血清心型脂肪酸结合蛋白(H-FABP)、S-100B蛋白和神经元特异性烯醇化酶(NSE)在急性脑梗死早期诊断和评估中的价值。方法选择急性脑梗死患者80例作为观察组,另选择同期健康体检者40例作为对照组,所有对象均于住院当日采肘正中静脉血2 ml,离心后采用酶联免疫吸附法测定血清H-FABP、S-100B蛋白和NSE水平。根据梗死面积将观察组划分为3组,比较观察组与对照组H-FABP、S-100B蛋白和NSE含量,并分析不同大小病灶间上述指标的差异。结果观察组患者H-FABP、S-100B蛋白和NSE含量明显高于对照组(P0.05)。根据梗死面积区分的三组中,大病灶组的H-FABP、S-100B蛋白和NSE含量明显高于中病灶组,而中病灶组明显高于小病灶组,三项指标与病情呈正相关(P0.05)。结论 H-FABP、S-100B蛋白和NSE是急性脑梗死早期诊断的灵敏性与特异性指标,对急性脑梗死的诊断具有很高的临床价值。
[Abstract]:Objective to study the serum cardiac fatty acid binding protein (H-FABP). The value of S-100B protein and neuron specific enolase (NSE) in the early diagnosis and evaluation of acute cerebral infarction methods 80 patients with acute cerebral infarction were selected as the observation group. Another 40 healthy persons were selected as the control group. All the subjects were collected 2 ml of median elbow vein blood on the day of hospitalization. After centrifugation, the serum H-FABP was determined by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (Elisa). The levels of S-100B protein and NSE were divided into three groups according to the infarct area. The contents of H-FABPnS-100B protein and NSE were compared between the observation group and the control group. Results H-FABP was used in the observation group. The contents of S-100B protein and NSE were significantly higher than those of the control group (P0.05). The H-FABP in the large focus group was significantly higher than that in the control group according to the infarct size. The levels of S-100B protein and NSE were significantly higher in the middle focus group than in the middle focus group, while those in the middle focus group were significantly higher than those in the small lesion group. S-100B protein and NSE are sensitive and specific indexes for the early diagnosis of acute cerebral infarction, and have high clinical value in the diagnosis of acute cerebral infarction.
