辅酶Q10联合卡托普利对急性一氧化碳中毒后心肌损伤的治疗效果

【摘要】:目的:探讨急性一氧化碳(CO)中毒后心脏损伤及其临床治疗方案。方法:收集我院收治的200例急性CO中毒后出现心脏损伤患者,按照随机对照原则分为卡托普利常规治疗的对照组和在常规治疗基础上加用辅酶Q10胶囊的实验组各100例;疗程12周,两组患者治疗6、12周后复查超声心动图与心电图、超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、脑钠肽(pro-BNP)、肌酸激酶同工酶(CK-MB)、肌钙蛋白(cTnI)等水平。结果:治疗6周后,实验组患者的CK-MB水平明显低于对照组(P=0.002);治疗12周后,实验组LVEDD、LVESD较对照组明显降低,而LVEF明显增高(P=0.001);治疗12周后,实验组pro-BNP、cTnI及CRP水平明显低于对照组(P=0.001、0.002、0.001)。结论:对急性CO中毒后心肌损伤患者,联合使用辅酶Q10胶囊与卡托普利可以有效抑制心脏恶性重塑,抑制缺氧引起的心肌损害,改善左心室收缩功能。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the cardiac injury after acute carbon monoxide (CO) poisoning and its clinical treatment. Methods: 200 patients with cardiac injury after acute CO poisoning were collected in our hospital. According to the principle of random control, the two groups were divided into two groups: the control group treated with captopril and the experimental group treated with coenzyme Q10 capsule on the basis of routine treatment, the course of treatment was 12 weeks, and the echocardiography and electrocardiogram were reexamined after 6 weeks of treatment in both groups. Results: after 6 weeks of treatment, the CK-MB level of the patients in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group, and after 12 weeks of treatment, the LVEDDLVESD in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group, and after 12 weeks of treatment, the level of LVEDDLVESD in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group. After 12 weeks of treatment, the levels of pro-BNPN cTnI and CRP in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the control group. Conclusion: the combination of coenzyme Q10 capsule and captopril can effectively inhibit the malignant remodeling of the heart after acute CO poisoning in patients with myocardial injury. Inhibit myocardial damage caused by hypoxia and improve left ventricular systolic function.
