缺氧诱导因子1α在烧伤修复中作用的研究进展

【摘要】:缺氧诱导因子1α(HIF-1α)作为机体适应氧环境变化的主要转录调节因子,参与了烧伤后血管通透性改变、肠黏膜屏障破坏、细胞凋亡、血管再生、细胞迁移等病理生理过程。HIF-1α能介导碱烧伤后角膜新生血管的形成,也能促进烧伤创面的修复。HIF-1α还可通过基因治疗,改善老年烧伤创面愈合延迟的缺陷。HIF-1α的这些作用很可能成为烧伤治疗的新靶点,但烧伤创面的恶劣微环境也为其干预治疗提出了挑战。
[Abstract]:Hypoxia-inducible factor-1 伪 (HIF-1 伪), as the main transcription regulatory factor, is involved in the changes of vascular permeability, intestinal mucosal barrier, apoptosis and vascular regeneration after burn.Cell migration and other pathophysiological processes. HIF-1 伪 can mediate corneal neovascularization after alkali burn, and promote the repair of burn wound. HIF-1 伪 can also be treated by gene therapy.These effects of HIF-1 伪 on the delayed healing of senile burn wounds are likely to be new targets for burn treatment, but the poor microenvironment of burn wounds also poses a challenge to the intervention of burn wounds.
