急性脑梗死患者血清同型半胱氨酸水平与常见危险因素相关性分析

【摘要】：目的 :观察急性脑梗死患者血清同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)水平和其他常见危险因素的变化,并探讨它们之间的相关性。方法:测定392例急性脑梗死血清同型半胱氨酸水平,分为高同型半胱氨酸血症脑梗死组(HHcy脑梗死组)88例及同型半胱氨酸正常脑梗死组(n Hcy脑梗死组)304例,并将其临床特点、血糖、血脂水平、尿酸水平、D-二聚体及糖化血红蛋白水平特点进行回顾性分析。结果:HHcy脑梗死组患者中男性比例多于n Hcy脑梗死组,血清Hcy及糖化血红蛋白水平高于n Hcy脑梗死组,梗死面积较n Hcy脑梗死组大,且均有统计学意义(P0.05)。相关性分析显示Hcy水平分别与尿酸及D-二聚体水平呈正相关(r值为0.144和0.129,P值均0.05)。结论:高同型半胱氨酸血症脑梗死发病以男性多见,梗死面积较大,且与尿酸及D-二聚体水平相关。
[Abstract]:Aim: to observe the changes of serum homocysteine cysts and other common risk factors in patients with acute cerebral infarction and to explore the correlation between them. Methods: the serum homocysteine levels were measured in 392 patients with acute cerebral infarction. They were divided into hyperhomocysteinemia cerebral infarction group (n = 88) and homocysteine normal cerebral infarction group (n = 304). The characteristics of D-dimer and glycosylated hemoglobin were analyzed retrospectively. Results the ratio of male to male was higher than that of n Hcy cerebral infarction group, and the level of serum Hcy and glycosylated hemoglobin was higher than that of n Hcy cerebral infarction group, and the infarct area was larger than that of n Hcy cerebral infarction group, and all had statistical significance (P 0.05). The correlation analysis showed that the level of Hcy was positively correlated with uric acid and D-dimer levels, respectively. The r values were 0.144 and 0.129 P, respectively. Conclusion: the incidence of hyperhomocysteinemia cerebral infarction is more common in male, the infarct size is larger, and it is related to uric acid and D-dimer level.
