乙醇联合亚低温治疗对心肺复苏后家兔脑保护作用的实验研究

【摘要】:目的:心肺复苏成功后存活患者中仍有40%-50%出现不同程度的神经功能障碍,本实验研究乙醇联合亚低温对心脏骤停后脑组织的保护作用,为心脏骤停后脑复苏提供新理论、新方法。方法:通过体外致颤法建立家兔心肺复苏模型,80只家兔随机分为五组,每组16只,分别为假手术组(A组)、复苏组(B组)、局部亚低温组(C组)、乙醇组(D组)、乙醇联合局部亚低温组(E组)。B组于复苏成功后即刻颈内静脉滴注生理盐水,C组复苏成功后即刻实施头部局部亚低温,将冰块置于家兔的头部、颈部,迅速将鼓膜温度降至32℃-34℃后持续维持体温至实验结束。D组复苏成功后即刻颈内静脉滴注1.5g/kg乙醇(滴注时间10min),E组复苏成功后即刻头部实施亚低温+颈内静脉滴注1.5g/kg乙醇(滴注时间10min)。实验过程中持续监测平均动脉压(MAP≥80mmHg),维持至实验结束。复苏后12小时测定血中S100β蛋白含量、脑组织含水量、脑坏死体积。结果:B组血中S100β蛋白含量、脑组织含水量、脑坏死体积较各治疗组显著增高,E组各项指标检测较C组、D组低(P0.05)。结论:乙醇联合亚低温治疗对心脏骤停后脑组织具有一定程度的协同保护作用。
[Abstract]:Objective: 40% to 50% of the surviving patients after cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) had different degrees of neurological dysfunction. This study was designed to study the protective effect of ethanol combined with mild hypothermia on brain tissue after cardiac arrest in order to provide a new theory for brain resuscitation after cardiac arrest.
