胸痛临床评估与诊断流程在急诊胸痛患者临床诊断中的价值

【摘要】：目的研究胸痛临床评估和诊断流程在急诊胸痛患者临床当中的诊断价值。方法选择80例内科急诊就诊后收治的患者作为观察组,同时选择80例患者作为对照组,两组患者的主治医师对患者的处理方式不相同。观察组主要以胸痛规范化评估和诊断中国专家共识为基础,采用胸痛临床评估和诊断流程对患者进行诊断,对照组患者根据临床症状进行处理,对两组患者的诊断情况进行评估。结果对照组当中将无随访患者剔除,最终纳入68例,观察组剔除无随访患者8例,最终纳入72例。对两组患者的接诊医生的专业技术和职称情况进行比较,差异无统计学意义(P0.05);对两组患者就诊确诊时间进行比较,观察组短于对照组,比较两组患者的重复抽血情况,观察组的重复抽血次数少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论临床上对于急诊胸痛患者,采用胸痛临床评估和诊断流程进行对患者的诊断,能够更好地评价患者的病情,可以更快地对患者病情进行确诊,减少重复抽血率,值得在临床上推广使用。
[Abstract]:Objective to study the diagnostic value of clinical evaluation and diagnosis of chest pain in emergency chest pain patients. Methods Eighty patients treated in emergency department of internal medicine were selected as observation group and 80 patients as control group. The patients in the observation group were diagnosed by the clinical evaluation and diagnosis process of chest pain, and the patients in the control group were treated according to the clinical symptoms on the basis of standardized evaluation and diagnosis of chest pain. The diagnosis of the two groups was evaluated. Results in the control group, 68 cases were excluded, 8 cases were excluded and 72 cases were included in the observation group. Compared the professional technology and professional title of the two groups of patients, the difference was not statistically significant (P0.05); the two groups of patients were compared in the time of diagnosis, the observation group was shorter than the control group, compared the two groups of patients repeated blood extraction, The number of repeated blood samples in the observation group was less than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P0.05). Conclusion for emergency chest pain patients, the clinical evaluation and diagnostic procedure of chest pain can be used to evaluate the patients' condition better, to diagnose the patients' condition more quickly and to reduce the rate of repeated blood sampling. It is worth popularizing in clinic.
