【摘要】：正老年重型颅脑损伤患者临床死亡率较高。本研究旨在了解影响老年重型颅脑损伤患者死亡的因素。1资料与方法1.1一般资料我院2011年7月至2013年7月老年重型颅脑损伤患者60例,入选标准:1符合重型颅脑损伤诊断标准且年龄≥60岁;2头颅CT明确器质性颅脑损伤,且格拉斯哥昏迷评分(GCS)≤8分。其中男37例,女23例;年龄60~69岁
