脓毒症诱导的肠损伤及其防治措施的研究进展

【摘要】：正脓毒症是一种由感染引起的全身炎症反应综合征,是目前住院患者最大的威胁之一。而肠道在脓毒症的发病机制中起着至关重要的作用,肠道既是脓毒症受累的重要器官之一,又是加重脓毒症反应的器官。正常情况下,肠道细菌及其产物与肠道黏膜屏障存在动态平衡,肠道黏膜屏障可以防止水分和电解质的丢失,阻止抗原和微生物进入体内,同时又可以使人体和环境实现分子交换,从而摄取食物中的营养物质~([1])。因此,完整的肠黏膜屏障是防止肠源性疾病和保障身体营养供应必
[Abstract]:Positive sepsis is a systemic inflammatory response syndrome caused by infection. The intestinal tract plays an important role in the pathogenesis of sepsis. It is not only one of the important organs involved in sepsis, but also the organ that exacerbates the sepsis reaction. Under normal circumstances, there is a dynamic balance between intestinal bacteria and their products and intestinal mucosal barrier, which can prevent the loss of water and electrolyte, and prevent antigen and microorganism from entering the body. At the same time, it can make the human body and the environment to achieve molecular exchange, thus ingesting nutrients in food ~ ([1]). Therefore, a complete intestinal mucosal barrier is necessary to prevent enterogenic diseases and ensure the body's nutritional supply.
