深Ⅱ度烧伤患者感染病原菌分布与预防研究

【摘要】：目的研讨深Ⅱ度烧伤患者感染病原菌的分布及危险因素,并探讨相应的预防措施,为临床预防和合理治疗提供参考依据。方法对医院2011年2月-2015年6月诊治的1 870例深Ⅱ度烧伤患者进行研究,分析烧伤患者感染病原菌的分布及感染的危险因素,数据采用SPSS 20.0软件进行统计分析。结果 1 870例患者中98例发生感染,感染率5.24%;分离出98株病原菌,以革兰阳性菌为主,共53株占54.1%,相关危险因素显示,患者年龄50岁、烧伤部位、Ⅲ类手术切口、烧伤后送院时间60min、有高血糖及术前未使用抗菌药物是烧伤患者发生感染的相关危险因素。结论深Ⅱ度烧伤患者容易受到病原菌感染,其危险因素种类多,要针对危险因素加强预防干预。
[Abstract]:Objective to study the distribution and risk factors of pathogenic bacteria infection in patients with deep second degree burn and to explore the corresponding preventive measures to provide reference for clinical prevention and rational treatment. Methods from February 2011 to June 2015, 1 870 patients with deep second degree burn were studied. The distribution of pathogenic bacteria and the risk factors of infection were analyzed. The data were analyzed by SPSS 20.0 software. Results among the 1 870 patients, 98 cases were infected, the infection rate was 5.24%. 98 strains of pathogenic bacteria were isolated, of which 53 strains were Gram-positive bacteria (54.1%).
