华佗再造丸辅助治疗急性脑梗死临床观察

【摘要】：目的观察华佗再造丸辅助治疗急性脑梗的临床疗效。方法 85例急性脑梗死患者分为观察组43例和对照组42例,两组均采用常规临床脑梗死治疗方法,观察组在此基础上加服华佗再造丸,8 g/次,3次/d,两组均治疗1个月。比较两组治疗前后动脉硬化指数(AIP)及神经功能缺损程度(NIHSS评分),检测两组治疗前后血清白细胞介素10(IL-10)、血清高同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)、神经元特异性烯醇化酶(NSE)。结果治疗前观察组和对照组AIP分别为0.28±0.17、0.28±0.20,治疗后观察组和对照组AIP分别为0.18±0.14、0.20±0.17,观察组、对照组治疗后与治疗前相比,P0.05,治疗后观察组与对照组比较,P0.05。治疗前观察组和对照组NIHSS评分分别为(24.32±5.41)、(25.04±6.04)分,治疗后观察组和对照组NIHSS评分分别为(14.43±4.72)、(17.70±5.69)分,观察组、对照组治疗后与治疗前相比,P0.05,治疗后观察组与对照组比较,P0.05。与治疗前比较,观察组和对照组血清IL-10、Hcy、NSE均降低,P均0.05;与对照组比较,治疗后观察组血清IL-10、Hcy、NSE及NIHSS评分降低更明显,P均0.05。结论华佗再造丸辅助治疗急性脑梗死有助于改善患者动脉硬化及神经功能缺损程度,可降低患者血清IL-10、Hcy、NSE水平。
[Abstract]:Objective to observe the clinical efficacy of Huatuo Zaizhao Pill in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction. Methods 85 patients with acute cerebral infarction were divided into two groups: observation group (n = 43) and control group (n = 42). The two groups were treated with routine clinical cerebral infarction therapy. The observation group was treated with Huatuo Zao Pill (8 g / time, 3 times / d) for 1 month. The arterial sclerosis index (AIP) and the degree of nerve function defect (NIHSS score) were compared between the two groups before and after treatment. The levels of serum interleukin 10 (IL-10) and high homocysteine (Hcy), were measured before and after treatment between the two groups. Neuron specific enolase (NSE). Results before and after treatment, the AIP of observation group and control group were 0.28 卤0.17,0.28 卤0.20 respectively. After treatment, the AIP of observation group and control group were 0.18 卤0.14,0.20 卤0.17, respectively. The AIP of observation group and control group after treatment were 0.28 卤0.17,0.28 卤0.20, P 0.05, respectively. After treatment, the observation group was compared with the control group, P 0.05. The NIHSS scores were (24.32 卤5.41), (25.04 卤6.04 in the observation group and (14.43 卤4.72), (17.70 卤5.69) in the control group before treatment and (14.43 卤4.72), (17.70 卤5.69) in the control group after treatment, respectively. After treatment, P 0.05 in the control group, P 0.05 in the observation group after treatment and P 0.05 in the control group after treatment. Compared with pre-treatment, the serum IL-10,Hcy,NSE in the observation group and the control group decreased significantly (P < 0.05), and the IL-10,Hcy,NSE and NIHSS scores in the observation group decreased more significantly after the treatment than those in the control group (P 0.05). Conclusion Hua Tuo Zao Pill is helpful to improve the degree of arteriosclerosis and nerve function defect in patients with acute cerebral infarction, and can reduce the level of serum IL-10,Hcy,NSE in patients with acute cerebral infarction.
