危重症病人低磷血症与其免疫指标的相关性分析

【摘要】：目的观察低磷血症危重症病人的免疫功能,探讨血磷水平与免疫功能的相关性。方法比较50例低磷血症危重症病人、50例非低磷血症危重症病人和50例健康体检者,以及不同程度低磷血症病人的T淋巴细胞亚群和免疫球蛋白水平。结果低磷血症危重症病人CD3、CD4、CD4/CD8、IgG、IgM水平较健康体检者明显降低(t=2.05~9.27,P0.05);非低磷血症危重症病人CD3、CD8、CD4/CD8、IgG、IgM水平较健康体检者明显降低(t=3.18~7.82,P0.05);低磷血症危重症病人CD3、CD4、CD4/CD8水平较非低磷血症危重症病人也明显降低,而CD8水平明显升高(t=2.74~6.82,P0.05)。低磷血症中重度组病人CD3、CD4、CD8水平较轻度组明显降低(t=3.02~7.52,P0.05)。低磷血症危重症病人外周血T淋巴细胞CD3、CD4、CD8、CD4/CD8水平与血磷水平呈正相关(r=0.332~0.789,P0.05)。结论危重症病人的免疫功能受到抑制,其血磷水平与免疫功能存在相关关系,血磷水平越低免疫功能降低越明显。
[Abstract]:Objective to observe the immune function of critically ill patients with hypophosphatemia and to explore the correlation between blood phosphorus level and immune function. Methods T lymphocyte subsets and immunoglobulin levels were compared in 50 critically ill patients with hypophosphatemia, 50 critically ill patients with non-hypophosphatemia and 50 healthy controls, as well as patients with different degrees of hypophosphatemia. Results the level of CD3,CD4,CD4/CD8,IgG,IgM in critically ill patients with hypophosphatemia was significantly lower than that in healthy controls (t = 2.05), and the level of CD3,CD8,CD4/CD8,IgG,IgM in critically ill patients with non-hypophosphatemia was significantly lower than that in healthy patients (t = 3.18 卤7.82, P 0.05), and the level of CD3,CD8,CD4/CD8,IgG,IgM in critically ill patients with hypophosphatemia was significantly lower than that in healthy controls (P < 0.05). The level of CD3,CD4,CD4/CD8 in critically ill patients with hypophosphatemia was also significantly lower than that in patients with non-hypophosphatemia, while the level of CD8 was significantly higher than that in patients with hypophosphatemia (t 鈮，
