　　<正>肝切除术后肝衰竭（posthepatectomy liver failure,PHLF）是指肝切除术后,在多种影响因素作用下,严重影响了肝脏的合成、解毒和生物转化等生理功能,导致以进行性黄疸、肝性脑病及腹腔积液等特征性临床表现的综合征,是肝切除术后死亡的主要原因。PHLF的发生率在1.2%～32.0%,是肝切除术后最严重的并发症[1]。我们从术前、术中和术后三个方面开展综合有效的防治措施,减少
