【摘要】：目的:分析采用中西医结合双管齐下、医护康紧密结合的综合方法治疗童年孤独症患儿的临床疗效。方法:选取本院符合标准的孤独症患儿60例,在自愿原则前提下随机分为两组,30例为一组,对照组主要采取康复治疗项目,观察组在对照组的基础上配合药物、针刺、推拿等各种中医传统诊疗方法治疗,以3个月为1个周期,以孤独症儿童ABC、CARS量表及Gesell儿童发育量表作为判定疗效的标准。结果:对照组和观察组患儿经过1个周期的坚持治疗,较治疗前均有差异性的疗效,而相比之下观察组患儿总体上比对照组疗效更具显著性。结论:本院对孤独症患儿的治疗中西医结合,医护康齐上,综合干预,全面出击,总有效率明显比单纯康复治疗提升幅度大,且病源丰富,可靠性大,值得临床推广。
[Abstract]:Objective: to analyze the combination of both the traditional Chinese and Western medicine, the clinical curative effect of comprehensive medical treatment method combined with Kang childhood autism children. Methods: 60 cases of autistic children were selected in our hospital with standard, in principle of voluntary premise were randomly divided into two groups, 30 cases as a group, take the main rehabilitation program of the control group, observation group on the basis of control group with drug treatment, acupuncture, massage and other traditional Chinese medicine treatment, 3 months for 1 cycles, with autistic children ABC, CARS scale and Gesell child development scale as a standard to judge the curative effect. Results: the control group and the observation group after 1 cycles adhere to treatment, the curative effect before treatment were difference, compared with the patients in the observation group than the control group on the overall curative effect is more significant. Conclusion: the traditional Chinese and Western medicine treatment in our hospital for autistic children with health care, Kang Qi, comprehensive intervention The total effective rate is significantly higher than that of the simple rehabilitation therapy, and the source of the disease is rich and the reliability is great. It is worthy of clinical promotion.
