青少年合成毒品滥用危险性行为特征与抑郁情况的相关分析

【摘要】：目的分析合成毒品滥用对青少年危险性行为特征及抑郁状态的影响。方法选择隐蔽人群方便样本的定量调查中的青少年部分,结合血清学检测结果和流行病学中心抑郁量表测评,反映合成毒品滥用者的性行为特征和抑郁状态。结果 286名调查对象中,18~24岁梅毒检出率为17.5%(50名),16名(5.6%)为艾滋病病毒(HIV)抗体阳性,43.0%抑郁评分16分。213名吸毒青少年中,抑郁评分16分的107人,占50.2%。单因素分析显示,抑郁与不能坚持使用安全套[比值比(OR)=0.55,95%可信区间(CI):0.34~0.90]、有群交史(OR=2.38,95%CI:1.24~4.54)、使用多种毒品(OR=4.72,95%CI:1.72~17.54)、吸毒成瘾(OR=3.92,95%CI:1.23~1.62)、和多性伴相关(OR=3.35,95%CI:1.88~5.95)(过去6个月≥2个性伴),与吸毒年份(OR=1.33,95%CI:1.13~1.57)成正相关。多因素分析显示,控制其他因素,抑郁与吸毒成瘾[调整比值比(aOR=3.62,95%CI:1.92~6.82)和吸毒的年份(aOR=1.20,95%CI:1.01~1.43)成正相关。结论合成毒品滥用伴随抑郁与危险性行为增加,梅毒和HIV感染率高提示今后该人群中健康干预工作压力大。
[Abstract]:Objective to analyze the effects of synthetic drug abuse on adolescents' risk behavior and depression. According to the results of serological examination and the scale of depression in the Epidemiology Center, the characteristics of sexual behavior and depression of synthetic drug abusers were reflected.
