武汉地区大学生人群过敏症与抑郁症相关性研究

【摘要】:过敏症是一种普遍存在、影响甚广的疾病,它指的是当机体处于Ⅰ型变态反应时的病理学状态时,由Ⅰ型变态反应引起的疾病,包括:过敏性鼻炎、过敏性胃肠炎、荨麻疹、哮喘、和过敏性休克等疾病,统称为过敏症[1]在诸多的过敏症中,以哮喘最为重要,发病严重时可以致人于死地,并已经造成了世界性的医疗经济负担[2]侵入体内的环境过敏原和患者自身的过敏体质是发病的主要的病因。过敏原主要包括:室内的螨虫、蟑螂粪便和尸体碎片、宠物皮屑、霉菌及其代谢产物、室外树/花粉和食物中的某些蛋白质等,当它们侵入人体之后,使那些过敏体质患者的机体免疫系统发生活化,产生针对这些过敏原的特异性的细胞因子,然后进一步产生Ⅰ型变态反应,俗称“过敏反应”[3]。目前已知某些细胞因子和免疫细胞在过敏反应中起重要作用。过敏症的客观生物标志物主要有:免疫球蛋白IgE,肿瘤坏死因子TNF-a,白细胞介素IL-1,IL-2,IL-4,IL-6,干扰素IFN-r等[4] 抑郁症(Depression, DEP)是一种严重影响人们身心健康的精神疾病。近年来,抑郁症的发病率逐渐上升,抑郁症相关研究越来越受到人们的重视。人群中,大概有4%-20%的人在一生中的某个时期会受到抑郁的影响,导致个体的情感、思维、人际交往、生理机能、行为等障碍[5]抑郁症属于情感性的精神障碍,其发病机制十分复杂,是由多种原因引起的以心境障碍为主要病症的综合征。近代医学研究表明精神健康生理状况密切相关。据文献报道,一些免疫细胞如单核细胞,肥大细胞,T淋巴细胞等细胞核细胞因子的抑郁症发病进程中起重要调节作用[6] 有文献指出,过敏人群患精神疾病的风险较正常人群偏高[7]于此同时,心理压力和负面情绪也会导致机体的免疫指标表达异常。这意味着,过敏症和抑郁症存在某种关联性,而免疫反应很可能是这种关联性的重要答案。过敏症和抑郁症可能山一些共同的细胞因子和免疫细胞参与调控。为了验证过敏症和抑郁症的相关性,探索其发病机制的内在联系,本研究主要做了如下工作:1)检索文献,通过Meta分析,锁定6种分子(IL-1,IL-4,IL-6,Ig-E,TNF-α,5-HT)作为本研究的生物指标;2)在武汉地区6所重点高校中的近6000人中进行了网络问卷调查,分析调查数据,发现武汉大学生人群中抑郁症与过敏反应具有高度相关性;2)在6000人样本中随机筛选出100例抑郁症样本和120例健康样本抽血,通过ELISA方法检测血液中的6种分子(IL-1,IL-4,IL-6,Ig-E,TNF-a,5-HT),发现与对照组相比,抑郁患者体内的IL-1,IL-4,TNF-a表达量显著增加,IL-6,5-HT表达量显著降低,而Ig-E表达量无明显差异。这说明,过敏症与抑郁症具有显著相关性,并且是由IL-1,IL-4,IL-6,TNF-a,5-HT共同调节起作用的。

[Of all the allergies, asthma is the most important, which can kill people when it is serious, and has caused a worldwide medical financial burden. [2) the environmental allergens invading the body and the allergic constitution of the patients are the main causes of the disease. The allergens mainly include: indoor mites, cockroach feces and corpse fragments, pet dandruff, mold and their metabolites. Outdoor trees / pollen and certain proteins in food, etc., when they invade the human body, activate the immune system of those with allergies and produce specific cytokines for these allergens. And then further develop type I allergic reactions, commonly known as "allergic reactions." [3] .Some cytokines and immune cells have been known to play an important role in allergic reactions. The objective biomarkers of allergies are immunoglobulin IgE and tumor necrosis factor TNF-a. Interleukin-1 Interleukin-2 Interleukin-2 Interleukin-6, Interferon IFN-r, etc. [4] Depression (DEP) is a mental disease that seriously affects people's physical and mental health. In recent years, the incidence of depression has gradually increased. Depression related research has been paid more and more attention. In the crowd, about 4- 20% of people will be affected by depression at some time in their life, leading to individual emotion, thinking, interpersonal interaction. Physical function, behavior, etc. [Depression is a kind of affective mental disorder, and its pathogenesis is very complicated. Modern medical studies have shown that mental health is closely related to physiological conditions. According to literature, some immune cells such as monocytes and mast cells are reported. Role of T lymphocyte and nuclear cytokines in the pathogenesis of depression. [6] It is pointed out in the literature that the risk of mental illness in allergic people is higher than that in normal people. [At the same time, psychological stress and negative emotions can also lead to abnormal expression of immune indicators in the body. This means that there is some association between allergies and depression. The immune response is probably an important answer to this association. Allergies and depression may be regulated by some common cytokines and immune cells. In order to verify the relationship between allergies and depression. To explore the internal relationship of its pathogenesis, the main work of this study was to search the literature as follows: 1) and through Meta analysis, we identified six molecules, IL-4, IL-4, IL-6, and Ig-E. TNF- 伪 (5-HT) as a biological index in this study; 2) A network questionnaire survey was conducted among nearly 6000 students in 6 key universities in Wuhan, and the data were analyzed. It was found that there was a high correlation between depression and allergic reaction among Wuhan college students. 2) 100 cases of depression and 120 cases of healthy blood were randomly selected from 6 000 samples, and 6 kinds of IL-1 IL-4 in blood were detected by ELISA method. Compared with the control group, the expression of IL-1, IL-4 and TNF-a increased significantly in patients with depression. The expression of 5-HT was significantly decreased, but there was no significant difference in the expression of Ig-E, which indicated that there was a significant correlation between hypersensitivity and depression, and it was IL-6 / TNF-a. 5-HT acts as a co-regulator.
