汉语阅读障碍儿童注意转换的空间缺损特点

【摘要】:目的:研究汉语阅读障碍儿童的空间注意转换特征。方法:从小学三、四、五年级共446名学生中筛选出阅读障碍组29名,同时匹配年龄、智力水平、阅读水平相对的对照组儿童29名。采用经典的注意转换任务,比较两组儿童在不同线索和视野组合下的反应时差异。结果:在有效线索条件和无效线索条件下,汉语阅读障碍儿童左视野的反应时均显著长于右视野的反应时;而在无线索条件下,汉语阅读障碍儿童左右视野的反应时不存在显著差异。结论:汉语阅读障碍儿童空间注意转换存在左右视野不对称的特点。
[Abstract]:Objective: to study the spatial attention conversion characteristics of children with Chinese dyslexia. Methods: 29 children with dyslexia were selected from 446 students in grade 3, 4 and 5 of primary school to match their age and intelligence level. 29 children in the control group with relative reading proficiency were compared in response time under different cues and visual field combinations by classical attention conversion task. Results: under the effective clue condition and the invalid clue condition, The response time of left visual field in children with Chinese dyslexia was significantly longer than that of right visual field, but in the absence of clue, the response time of left visual field was significantly longer than that of right visual field. There is no significant difference in the response time of left and right visual fields in Chinese dyslexic children. Conclusion: the spatial attention shift of Chinese dyslexic children has asymmetry of left and right visual fields.
