认知行为干预对抑郁症患者自杀意念的影响

【摘要】：目的:探讨认知行为干预对抑郁症患者自杀意念的影响。方法:2015年1月~2016年10月,在我院精神科选取148例有自杀意念抑郁症患者作为研究对象,随机将其等分为研究组与对照组,对照组予以抗抑郁药治疗及精神科常规护理干预;研究组则在此基础上加用认知行为干预,对两组干预前后的抑郁程度及自杀意念进行对比分析。结果:干预后,研究组汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)评分明显降低,自杀态度问卷量表(QSA)评分明显上升,与对照组相比,临床优势显著,差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论:在抗抑郁药治疗及精神科常规护理干预的基础上,再加用认知行为干预,可有效改善患者的抑郁程度,对其自杀意念的减轻有着积极的影响,值得大力推广。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the effect of cognitive behavior intervention on suicidal ideation in patients with depression. Methods: from January 2015 to October 2016, 148 patients with depression with suicidal ideation were selected from psychiatric department of our hospital. They were randomly divided into the study group and the control group. The control group was given antidepressant therapy and routine nursing intervention in psychiatric department, and the study group was treated with cognitive behavior intervention on this basis. Results: after intervention, the scores of Hamilton Depression scale (Hamd) and suicide attitude questionnaire (QSAs) in the study group were significantly decreased, compared with those in the control group. Conclusion: on the basis of antidepressant therapy and routine nursing intervention in psychiatric department, cognitive and behavioral intervention can effectively improve the degree of depression of patients. It has a positive effect on the reduction of suicidal ideation and is worth popularizing.
