小剂量阿立哌唑隔日给药治疗抽动障碍临床研究

【摘要】：目的比较小剂量阿立哌唑治疗儿童抽动障碍隔日给药与每日给药的疗效和安全性,探讨阿立哌唑治疗儿童抽动障碍的一种新的给药方式。方法选取福建医科大学附属协和医院儿童神经内科门诊2008年9月至2012年10月就诊的59例抽动障碍患儿,随机分为两组:隔日给药组26例、每日给药组33例,分别给予阿立哌唑1.25~10.0 mg(每2日1次)与2.5~10.0 mg(每日1次),共12周。采用耶鲁综合抽动严重程度量表(YGTSS)、不良反应症状量表(TESS)于入组时,治疗第2、4、8、12周末对患者评估临床疗效,并观察不良反应。结果隔日给药组与每日给药组在治疗第2、4、8、12周末,YGTSS减分率差异均无统计学意义(t分别为0.267、-0.816、0.898、0.448,P均0.05)。根据YGTSS减分率评定标准,治疗第12周末,隔日给药组和每日给药组有效率分别为92.3%和90.9%,差异无统计学意义(P0.05)。治疗12周后两组不良反应发生率分别为7.69%(2/26)与15.15%(5/33),差异无统计学意义(P0.05)。结论小剂量阿立哌唑隔日给药能有效改善运动及发声抽动。
[Abstract]:Objective to compare the efficacy and safety of low dose aripiprazole in the treatment of children with tic disorder. To explore a new way of administration of aripiprazole in the treatment of children with tic disorder. Methods 59 children with tic disorder were selected from September 2008 to October 2012 in Department of Neurology of Union Hospital affiliated to Fujian Medical University. They were randomly divided into two groups: 26 cases in the next day group and 33 cases in the daily administration group. Aripiprazole 1.25v 10.0 mg (once per 2nd) and 2.5V 10.0 mg (once a day for 12 weeks) were given respectively. The clinical efficacy was evaluated at the end of 812 weeks with Yale comprehensive tic severity scale (YGTSS) and adverse reaction symptom scale (TESS). Results there was no significant difference in the score reduction rate of YGTSS between the two groups at the end of the 12th week of treatment. The scores of YGTSS were 0.267- 0.8160.8980.448p, respectively (P < 0.05). According to the evaluation standard of YGTSS score reduction rate, at the end of the 12th week of treatment, there was no significant difference between the two groups. The effective rates of the two groups were 92.3% and 90.9, respectively. There was no significant difference between the two groups (P 0.05). After 12 weeks of treatment, the incidence of adverse reactions in the two groups was 7.69g / 26) and 15.1550 / 33, respectively, with no significant difference (P 0.05). Conclusion A small dose of aripiprazole is given every other day. The drug can effectively improve movement and vocal twitch.
