多奈哌齐联合尼膜同治疗脑小血管病致认知功能障碍的疗效

【摘要】：目的探讨多奈哌齐联合尼膜同治疗脑小血管病致认知功能障碍的临床疗效。方法认知功能障碍脑小血管病患者98例,采用随机数字表法分为观察组(50例)和对照组(48例);对照组给予尼膜同片治疗,观察组给予多奈哌齐联合尼膜同治疗;采用蒙特利尔(Mo CA)评分评价患者认知功能,对比两组治疗前后血清超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)水平及治疗效果。结果治疗前两组Mo CA评分、血清hsCRP及Hcy水平差异均无统计学意义(P0.05);治疗后两组Mo CA评分均升高且观察组高于对照组,血清hs-CRP及Hcy水平均降低,且观察组均低于对照组,观察组总有效率高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P0.05);两组患者治疗过程中均未发生严重不良反应。结论尼膜同联合多奈哌齐治疗脑小血管病认知功能障碍疗效更佳,不仅能够降低患者hs-CRP与Hcy水平,且显著改善认知功能,具有重要意义。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the clinical effect of Donepezil combined with Nimembrane in the treatment of cognitive dysfunction caused by small cerebral vascular disease. The patients were randomly divided into two groups: the observation group (n = 50) and the control group (n = 48). The control group was treated with the same film and the observation group was treated with Donepezil combined with Nim. The cognitive function of the patients was evaluated by the Montreal Mo-CA score. Before and after treatment, the levels of serum hypersensitive C-reactive protein (hs-CRP) and homocysteine cystatin (HCH) were compared between the two groups. Results before and after treatment, there were two groups of Mo CA scores. There was no significant difference in serum hsCRP and Hcy levels between the two groups after treatment, the scores of MoCA in the two groups were increased, the levels of serum hs-CRP and Hcy in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, and the levels of serum hs-CRP and Hcy in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, and the total effective rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group. There were no serious adverse reactions in both groups. Conclusion Nimembrane combined with Donepezil is more effective in the treatment of cognitive dysfunction in patients with small cerebral vascular disease, and can not only reduce the levels of hs-CRP and Hcy. It is of great significance to improve cognitive function significantly.
