快感缺失及测量方法的研究进展

【摘要】：快感缺失是抑郁症的核心症状之一。快感缺失由法国心理学家Ribot提出,近一个世纪关于其发生机制及其在抑郁症诊断及抗抑郁药物疗效评价中的作用得到越来越多的重视,并且在动物实验和人群研究中已经建立了多种测量方法。该文就快感缺失的神经生物学机制及其测量方法的研究进展做一综述。
[Abstract]:The loss of pleasure is one of the core symptoms of depression. It was proposed by French psychologist Ribot. In the last century, more and more attention has been paid to its mechanism and its role in the diagnosis of depression and the evaluation of antidepressant efficacy. A variety of measurement methods have been established in animal experiments and population studies. This paper reviews the neurobiological mechanism of pleasure loss and its measurement methods.
