自闭症患儿的神经电生理特点

【摘要】:目的探讨自闭症患儿中枢神经系统电生理,包括瞬目反射(Brink)、脑干听觉诱发电位(BAEP)、体感诱发电位(SEP)、脑电图(EEG)的变化与自闭症的关系。方法对53例确诊为自闭症的患儿作Brink、BAEP、SEP、EEG检测并进行分析,并与体检健康儿童作比较。结果本组53例自闭症患儿中,Brink异常48例(90.57%),BAEP异常39例(73.58%),SEP异常17例(31.1%),EEG异常8例(15.6%)。与体检健康儿童比较,自闭症患儿Ⅰ、Ⅲ、Ⅴ潜伏期延长,Ⅰ~Ⅴ、Ⅲ~Ⅴ峰间期延长,差异有统计学意义(P0.05);N20、P40潜伏期延长,但差异无统计学意义(P0.05)。结论自闭症患儿Brink、BAEP、SEP、EEG均有不同程度的异常,提示大部分自闭症患儿存在皮层下(包括脑干、丘脑)和相关传导通路、皮层功能受损,可能与自闭症本身的特性有关,对临床诊断及治疗有帮助。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate electrophysiology of central nervous system in children with autism. The relationship between the changes of blink reflex, brainstem auditory evoked potential (BAEPP), somatosensory evoked potential (SEPN), electroencephalogram (EEGG) and autism was studied.
