元认知干预技术中情感组织者对惊恐障碍治疗效果的影响

【摘要】:目的:本实验通过对8名被试惊恐障碍症状的治疗,进一步用元认知干预技术的观点探讨惊恐障碍形成的心理机制,验证元认知干预技术治疗惊恐障碍的有效性,以及情感组织者的运用对疗效、疗程及复发率的影响。 方法:将8名被试随机分为实验组和对照组,每组4人,实验组的临床放松训练加入情感组织者,对照组在保证治疗程序、治疗时间等因素与实验组相同基础上,临床放松训练不加入情感组织者,实验采用多基线实验设计,通过对汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)、焦虑自评量表(SAS)和自编惊恐发作次数、情绪体验得分问卷的数据统计与分析,对实验假设进行验证。 结果:8名被试接受元认知心理干预治疗后,HAMA和SAS量表分数均发生质变,降于焦虑临界值之下,惊恐发作次数和情绪体验得分降低至最佳水平,无惊恐发作症状出现,情绪体验达到很好水平,回访调查基本无复发状况,愈后情绪状态保持良好,其中,首次治疗阶段实验组被试的各项指标均好于对照组。 结论:8名被试接受元认知心理干预治疗后,HAMA量表分数和SAS量表分数均降于临界值之下,惊恐发作次数和情绪体验得分均达到最佳水平,说明元认知干预技术治疗惊恐障碍有效;治疗过程中是否加入情感组织者对两组被试的首次治疗阶段而言,实验组被试各项指标变化均好于对照组,第2次治疗结束后,对照组各项指标变化继续下降至最佳水平,,说明情感组织者的运用对疗效、疗程和愈后防复发等对惊恐障碍的治疗方面产生了积极的影响。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the psychological mechanism of panic disorder in 8 subjects by using metacognitive intervention technique in order to verify the effectiveness of metacognitive intervention in the treatment of panic disorder. And the effect of the use of emotional organizer on curative effect, course of treatment and recurrence rate. Methods: eight subjects were randomly divided into experimental group (n = 4) and control group (n = 4). The clinical relaxation training in the experimental group was added to the emotional organizer. The control group was based on the same factors as the experimental group in ensuring the treatment procedure and treatment time. The clinical relaxation training was not included in the emotional organizer. The experiment was designed as a multi-baseline experiment. The data of Hamilton anxiety scale (Hamilton anxiety scale), Self-Rating anxiety scale (SAS), the number of panic attacks and the score of emotion experience were statistically analyzed. The experimental hypothesis is verified. Results after the metacognitive psychological intervention, the scores of Hama and SAS were all qualitatively changed, which decreased below the critical value of anxiety, the times of panic attack and the score of emotional experience decreased to the best level, and no panic attack symptoms appeared. The emotional experience reached a very good level. There was no relapse after the visit. The emotional state of the experimental group was better than that of the control group in the first treatment stage. Conclusion the scores of Hama and SAS decreased below the critical value after the metacognitive psychological intervention, and the scores of panic attacks and emotional experiences reached the best level. The results showed that the metacognitive intervention technique was effective in the treatment of panic disorder, whether the emotional organizer was added to the first treatment stage of the two groups, the changes of each index in the experimental group were better than those in the control group, and after the second treatment, the change of each index in the experimental group was better than that in the control group. The changes of indexes in the control group continued to decrease to the best level, indicating that the use of emotional organizers had a positive effect on the treatment of panic disorder, such as curative effect, course of treatment and prevention of recurrence.
