柴胡龙骨牡蛎汤加减结合抗焦虑抑郁药物对躯体化焦虑、抑郁状态的疗效及机制分析

【摘要】：目的:研究柴胡龙骨牡蛎汤加减结合抗焦虑抑郁药物对躯体化焦虑、抑郁状态的疗效及机制分析。方法:选取2015年8月—2016年8月接诊的300例躯体化抑郁焦虑患者作为本次研究对象。按随机数表法分为观察组和对照组,各150例,对照组采用抗焦虑抑郁药物进行治疗,观察组柴胡龙骨牡蛎汤加减结合抗焦虑抑郁药物进行治疗,观察两组患者治疗前后SAS、SDS评分,治疗后郁病中医症状积分(失眠、心悸心慌、肢体怕冷、肢体倦怠、肢体疼痛),治疗疗效情况。结果:两组患者治疗前SAS、SDS评分无明显差异(61.27±9.28、63.28±9.37)分比(60.38±8.30、62.92±7.82)分(P0.05),治疗后,观察组SAS、SDS评分均小于对照组(36.70±6.39、38.92±7.81)分比(42.32±7.20、44.38±6.29)分(P0.05);观察组失眠、心悸心慌、肢体怕冷、肢体倦怠、肢体疼痛均小于对照组(2.87±1.01、2.23±0.71、2.08±0.56、1.26±0.32、2.39±0.67)分比(3.28±1.03、2.79±0.80、2.97±0.73、2.01±0.60、4.02±1.23)分(P0.05);观察组总有效率优于对照组93.33%(140/150)比72.00%(108/150)(P0.05)。结论:柴胡龙骨牡蛎汤加减结合抗焦虑抑郁药物对躯体化焦虑、抑郁状态的疗效及机制。
[Abstract]:Objective: to study the somatic anxiety of Bupleurum Longgu Oyster decoction combined with antianxiety and depression drugs. Methods: 300 patients with somatic depression and anxiety were selected from August 2015 to August 2016. The control group was treated with anti-anxiety and depressant drugs, the observation group was treated with Chaihu Longgu oyster decoction combined with anti-anxiety and depressant drugs, the scores of SASS-SDS before and after treatment were observed, and the TCM symptom score of depression (insomnia, palpitations and palpitations) after treatment were observed. Results: there was no significant difference in SDS scores between the two groups before treatment (61.27 卤9.28 卤63.28 卤9.37) vs 60.38 卤8.30 卤62.92 卤7.82) (P 0.05). After treatment, the scores of SASSDS in the observation group were lower than those in the control group (36.70 卤6.39 卤38.92 卤7.81) vs 42.32 卤7.204.38 卤6.29 (P 0.05). Conclusion: Chaihu Longgu Oyster decoction can reduce the somatic anxiety combined with anti-anxiety depressant drug, and the total effective rate of the observation group is better than that of the control group (93.3333140P / 150), and the total effective rate of the observation group is better than that of the control group (P 0.05).
