两种戒毒模式吸毒人员生存质量及影响因素分析

【摘要】：目的：比较美沙酮维持治疗组和强制组吸毒者生存质量总分及各维度得分的差异，探讨两组吸毒者生存质量的影响因素,为提高吸毒人群的生存质量和制定科学的戒毒方法提供依据。方法：采用吸毒者生存质量量表QOL-DA，对吸毒者生存质量进行测定，并对吸毒者一般情况、吸毒戒毒情况等影响生存质量的因素进行调查。采用t检验比较两组吸毒者的生存质量得分，采用线性回归探讨两组吸毒者生存质量的影响因素。结果：美沙酮组吸毒者生存质量在心理功能和社会功能维度得分及总分高于强制组，两组在躯体功能和戒断症状及毒副作用维度得分无明显差异。美沙酮组吸毒者生存质量影响因素单因素分析结果是：性别、年龄、受教育程度、毒龄4个因素（P0.1）。多因素分析结果是：受教育程度、毒龄2个因素有显著性影响（P0.05）；强制组吸毒者生存质量影响因素单因素分析结果是：性别、年龄、受教育程度、婚姻状况、毒龄、戒毒史6个因素（P0.1）；多因素分析结果是：毒龄对其生存质量有显著影响（P0.05）。结论：两种戒毒方法最终目的都是为了帮助吸毒者戒除毒瘾，，回归社会。不论是美沙酮治疗组，还是强制组都需要加强心理疏导、行为矫正，在消除躯体症状的同时做好心理护理工作，改善吸毒者焦虑、忧郁、烦躁等心理状态；并进行进一步的技能培训，为吸毒者回归社会打好基础。此外，应当进行广泛的社会宣传，使家庭和社会都能关心和帮助戒毒者，接纳成功戒毒者，以此改善吸毒者的心理状况，提高其适应社会的信心和能力，有效降低吸毒人员回归社会后的复吸率。
[Abstract]:Objective: to compare the difference of total score and dimension score of drug users' quality of life between the methadone maintenance group and the compulsory group, and to explore the influencing factors of the quality of life between the two groups. Methods: the quality of life of drug addicts was measured by QOL-DA.And the general situation of drug addicts was also analyzed. Factors affecting the quality of life, such as drug abuse and drug addiction, were investigated. T test was used to compare the scores of quality of life between the two groups. Results: the scores and total scores of psychological and social function of drug addicts in methadone group were higher than those in compulsory group. There was no significant difference in the scores of somatic function, withdrawal symptoms and side effects between the two groups. The results of univariate analysis of factors affecting the quality of life of drug users in methadone group were as follows: sex, age, education level. The results of multivariate analysis were as follows: education level and drug age had significant effects on the quality of life of drug users in the compulsory group, and the results were as follows: sex, age, education level, marital status, and so on, and the factors affecting the quality of life of drug addicts in the compulsory group were: sex, age, education, marital status, sex, age, education, marital status, sex, age, education and marital status. The multivariate analysis results showed that the drug age had a significant effect on the quality of life. Conclusion: the ultimate purpose of the two drug abstinence methods is to help drug addicts to get rid of drug addiction and to return to society, regardless of whether it is methadone treatment group. The compulsory group also needs to strengthen psychological guidance, behavior correction, psychological care while eliminating physical symptoms, improve the anxiety, depression and irritability of drug addicts, and carry out further skills training. Establishing a good basis for the return of drug users to society... in addition, there should be broad social publicity to enable families and society to care for and assist drug addicts and to receive successful drug addicts, thereby improving the psychological situation of drug users, Improve their confidence and ability to adapt to the society, effectively reduce the relapse rate of drug addicts after returning to society.
