青少年网络游戏成瘾者脑灌注的改变

【摘要】:目的:运用动脉自旋标记成像对青少年网络游戏瘾(IGA)患者的脑血流量(CBF)改变进行研究。方法:18名IGA及17名健康被试进行MRI扫描,进行基于体素的两组CBF比较。运用陈氏网络成瘾量表评分(CIAS)与18名IGA被试的全脑各区域的CBF值进行相关分析。结果:IGA组右侧颞上回、右侧额眶回、右侧豆状核、左侧扣带回、左侧豆状核/海马旁回、左侧颞中回、左侧中央前回、脑干左侧和左侧直回较对照组CBF明显增高;右侧颞上回CBF值与CI AS评分负相关。结论:本研究通过ASL技术无创地对IGA被试脑灌注改变进行了定量分析,实验结果验证了IGA作为一种行为成瘾,与物质成瘾可能具有相似的神经生物学机制的假说。
[Abstract]:Aim: to study the changes of cerebral blood flow (CBF) in patients with internet game addiction (IGA) by arterial spin labeling imaging.Methods MRI scans were performed in 18 IGA subjects and 17 healthy subjects. CBF was compared between the two groups based on voxel.Using Chen's Internet Addiction scale (iad) score, the correlation analysis was made between the CBF values of 18 subjects with IGA in all regions of the brain.Results CBF in the right superior temporal gyrus, right frontal orbital gyrus, right lentiform nucleus, left cingulate gyrus, left lentiform nucleus / pariprahippocampal gyrus, left middle temporal gyrus, left central pregyrus, left left and left straight gyrus of brain stem were significantly higher than those in the control group.The CBF of right superior temporal gyrus was negatively correlated with CI as score.Conclusion: the brain perfusion changes of IGA subjects were quantitatively analyzed by ASL technique, and the results confirmed the hypothesis that IGA, as a behavioral addiction, may have similar neurobiological mechanism with substance addiction.
