发展迟缓儿童影响因素分析及感觉统合效能研究

【摘要】:随着特殊儿童教育的盛行,有越来越多的发展迟缓儿童被诊断出来,发展迟缓儿童常常动作不灵活,语言表达能力弱,,社会交往能力及生活自理能力较弱。发展迟缓儿童是由于大脑神经统合不足而引起的,感觉统合训练给予的刺激能够促进脑神经系统的发育,因此对发展迟缓儿童进行感觉统合训练有重要的意义。 本研究采用自编《发展迟缓儿童筛选量表》并建立区域性常模,探讨影响儿童发展迟缓的影响因素。筛选发展迟缓儿童并针对选取10名实验对象,采用准实验设计的方式对其实施为期10周20次的感觉统合训练,在感觉统合训练的前后分别针对被试进行感觉统合功能评定和智力测验,以检验感觉统合训练的疗效。本研究的结论如下: (1)发展迟缓儿童筛选量表具有良好的效度和信度且常模具有一定的代表性 (2)儿童整体发展状况良好,其中语言与社会情绪方面发展最好,其次是认知能力的发展,而以生活自理能力发展较弱,已经低于平均水平; (3)不同背景儿童的发展状具有差异性,其中女生、父母受教育水平高者、高年级、独生子女、城市儿童、家庭月收入高者、主要照顾者为母亲的儿童其发展状况较好; (4)儿童的背景变量对儿童的发展有显著预测力及影响力; (5)感觉统合训练显著提高发展迟缓儿童感觉统合功能和注意力; (6)感觉统合训练能够提高操作智商,但对言语智商和总量表智商无显著促进作用;前庭平衡、触觉与本体觉与言语智商、操作智商和总量表智商无显著相关,但学习能力与言语智商相关显著。
[Abstract]:With the prevalence of special children's education, more and more children with developmental retardation are diagnosed. They are often inflexible, weak in language expression, weak in social interaction and self-care in life.Children with developmental retardation are caused by insufficient integration of the cerebral nerve. The stimulation given by sensory integration training can promote the development of the brain nervous system, so it is of great significance to train the sensory integration of children with developmental retardation.In this study, self-made screening scale for children with developmental retardation was used and regional norm was established to explore the influencing factors of children with developmental retardation.10 subjects were selected to perform sensory integration training for 10 weeks and 20 times by quasi-experimental design.Sensory integrative function evaluation and intelligence test were performed before and after sensory integration training to test the efficacy of sensory integration training.The conclusions of this study are as follows:(1) the screening scale for children with developmental retardation has good validity and reliability, and the norm is representative to a certain extent.(2) the overall development of children is good, in which language and social emotion are the best, cognitive ability is the second, and the ability to take care of oneself is weak, which is below the average level;(3) there are differences in the development of children with different backgrounds, including girls, those whose parents have a higher level of education, senior grades, only children, urban children, children with high monthly family income, and children whose mothers are the main caregivers.(4) Children's background variables have significant predictive power and influence on children's development;5) sensory integration training significantly improved sensory integration function and attention of children with developmental retardation.(6) sensory integration training could improve the operational intelligence quotient, but had no significant effect on speech IQ and total IQ, while vestibular balance, tactile sense and verbal intelligence quotient, operation IQ and total IQ were not significantly correlated.But learning ability is significantly related to verbal intelligence quotient.
