大学生体育活动与抑郁的关系:性别差异的影响

【摘要】:目的:分析大学生体育活动与抑郁的关系及性别对两者关系的影响。方法:使用患者健康问卷抑郁9条目量表(PHQ-9)和体育活动等级量表(PARS-3)对广东省11所院校共1080名大学生进行问卷调查。结果:大学生PHQ-9总分为8.33±4.87,32.6%的大学生有抑郁症状。大学生PARS-3总分为13.03±15.39;72.1%的大学生的运动量处于小等级水平,88.7%的大学生每次运动时长不到1小时,几乎每天运动者仅有8.1%;男生和女生在抑郁症状表现上无差异,但男生的PARS-3得分显著大于女生的PARS-3得分(19.59±18.03 vs 10.25±13.25,P0.01);男生的体育活动水平与抑郁水平呈负相关(r=-0.20,P0.01),女生的体育活动水平与抑郁水平无相关(r=-0.037,P0.05);小等级运动量男生的抑郁得分高于中等级运动量者的抑郁得分(9.20±5.41 vs 7.10±4.67,P0.01),不同运动量等级的女生的抑郁得分无统计学差异。男生小等级运动量者的抑郁阳性率显著高于中、大等级运动量者,不同运动量等级女生的抑郁阳性率无统计学差异。结论:体育活动与抑郁的关系受到性别差异的影响,增加运动有助于减少男生的抑郁症状,抑郁的运动干预策略要因性别而异。
[Abstract]:Objective: to analyze the influence of relation between physical activity and depression of college students and gender on the relationship between the two. Methods: using the patient health questionnaire depression 9 item scale (PHQ-9) and physical activity rating scale (PARS-3) conducted a questionnaire survey of 1080 students from 11 colleges in Guangdong province. Results: the total score of PHQ-9 was 8.33 + students 4.87,32.6% students had depressive symptoms. The students PARS-3 score was 13.03 + 15.39; 72.1% of the students exercise in the small level of college students, each exercise 88.7% time less than 1 hours, almost every movement only 8.1% boys and girls; no differences in depressive symptoms, but the score of PARS-3 was significantly higher than boys girls PARS-3 score (19.59 + 18.03 vs 10.25 + 13.25, P0.01); boys' level of physical activity was negatively correlated with the level of depression (r=-0.20, P0.01), girls' level of physical activity and depression level had no correlation (r= -0.037, P0.05); a small amount of exercise grade boys scored higher than in grade depression exercise depression score (9.20 + 5.41 vs 7.10 + 4.67, P0.01), no significant difference between the different exercise level female depression scores. The positive rate of depression in the exercise grade boys were significantly higher than those in high level. The amount of exercise, there was no significant difference in different exercise level depression positive rate of girls. Conclusion: the relation between physical activity and depression is affected by gender difference, increase exercise helps reduce male depressive symptoms, depression and exercise intervention strategy to vary by sex.
