沙盘游戏结合家庭辅导对儿童学校恐惧症及其自我意识的研究

【摘要】:目的:研究沙盘游戏结合家庭辅导对儿童学校恐惧症及其儿童自我意识的影响。方法:采用沙盘游戏结合家庭辅导对28例学校恐惧症儿童进行2个月的临床治疗,沙盘游戏和家庭辅导每周各1次,时间均为45 min。采用临床疗效分量表(CGI-GI)评定疗效,Piers-Harris儿童自我意识量表分别于治疗前后以及治疗后3个月对儿童自我意识状况进行测评。结果:沙盘游戏结合家庭辅导治疗儿童学校恐惧症总体疗效85%。除躯体外貌与属性因子治疗前后差异无显著性(P0.05),其余儿童自我意识量表行为因子、智力与学校情况因子、焦虑因子、合群因子、幸福与满足因子以及总分较治疗前均有显著性提高(P0.05),3个月后重测,儿童自我意识各因子以及总分较治疗后差异无显著性(P0.05)。结论:沙盘游戏结合家庭辅导对儿童学校恐惧症有较好的治疗作用并对患病儿童自我意识有积极的持续性影响。
[Abstract]:Objective: to study the effect of sand play combined with family counseling on children's school phobia and their self-consciousness.Methods: 28 children with school phobia were treated with sand play and family counseling for 2 months.Children's self-awareness was evaluated by CGI-GI before and after treatment and 3 months after treatment.Results: the total curative effect of sand play combined with family counseling on children's school phobia was 85%.Except for physical appearance and attribute factors, there was no significant difference between before and after treatment (P 0.05). The other factors were behavioral factors, intelligence and school condition factors, anxiety factors and group factors.The factors of happiness, satisfaction and total score were significantly higher than those before treatment (P 0.05). After 3 months, there was no significant difference between the factors of self-consciousness and the total score of children compared with that after treatment (P 0.05).Conclusion: sand play combined with family counseling has a good therapeutic effect on children's school phobia and has a positive and lasting effect on children's self-consciousness.
