中国老年人群阿尔茨海默病相关危险因素分析

【摘要】：采用Meta分析方法综合筛选中国老年人群阿尔茨海默病的主要危险因素。共纳入17篇文献。病例组共计2 422例阿尔茨海默病患者,对照组共计3 940例。Meta分析结果提示,在纳入分析的9个危险因素中,与阿尔茨海默病发病关联较高的因素是具有糖尿病病史、负性生活事件多、受教育程度低以及年龄大于70周岁的老年人群。因此,患有基础疾病(糖尿病和高血压)、生活中负性生活事件多、教育程度低以及年龄高等因素会增加阿尔茨海默病的发病风险。
[Abstract]:The main risk factors of Alzheimer's disease in Chinese elderly population were screened by Meta analysis. A total of 17 articles were included. A total of 2 422 patients with Alzheimer's disease were included in the case group and 3 940 patients in the control group. The results of meta-analysis showed that among the 9 risk factors included in the analysis, the most important risk factor associated with Alzheimer's disease was a history of diabetes mellitus. Negative life events, low level of education and age over 70 years old people. Therefore, factors such as basic diseases (diabetes and hypertension, more negative life events, low education and age) increase the risk of Alzheimer's disease.
