家长营养知识状况对儿童感觉统合发展及训练效果影响的研究

【摘要】:研究目的: 1.通过对感觉统合失调儿童营养状况及家长知识水平的调查,探讨儿童营养状况与感觉统合能力发展的关系,为预防儿童感觉统合失调的发生提供新思路。 2.通过对感觉统合失调儿童干预前后感觉统合能力的评定,深入分析提高家长营养知识对儿童感觉统合能力发展的影响,探讨提高儿童感觉统合训练行之有效的方法。 研究对象及方法: 1.分析研究:采用张贴海报的形式,招收自愿报名参加感觉统合训练,经感觉统合测试评定为感觉统合失调的60名学龄前儿童作为研究对象,进行体格检查、膳食营养调查及家长的营养知识状况问卷调查。 2.干预研究:将60名感觉统合失调儿童,随机分为实验组和对照组,实验组采用儿童感觉统合训练和家长营养知识干预,对照组仅采用感觉统合训练。干预结束后,对儿童感觉统合能力、体格状况、膳食情况及家长的营养知识状况进行复测。 3.随访研究:干预结束三个月后,对儿童感觉统合能力、体格状况、膳食情况及家长的营养知识状况进行调查,并由家长对干预效果进行主观评价。 研究结果: 1.本次对60名感觉统合失调儿童家长进行营养知识问卷调查发现,感觉统合失调儿童家长营养知识得分为57.35±12.84,及格率为36.7%;态度得分为81.94±18.73;儿童饮食行为得分为70.07±3.02。回归分析指出,儿童感觉统合能力受母亲受教育程度及儿童性别影响。 2.60名感觉统合失调儿童Kaup指数为16.29±1.58,其中20.0%存在消瘦现象,相关分析结果显示,儿童感觉统合能力受体重、身高体重指数、皮褶厚度的影响。 3.本次调查发现:感觉统合失调儿童对维生素B1、锌、钙的摄入量低于标准摄入量(P0.05),经相关分析及典型相关分析指出儿童感觉统合能力受能量、蛋白质、维生素B2、铁、锌、镁、钙摄入量的影响。 4.干预效果评价:实验组和对照组感觉统合能力较干预前明显提高(P0.05),,实验组较对照组提高的更明显。感觉统合训练效果受是否进行家长营养知识干预、蛋白质、维生素A、钙、镁摄入量变化值及体格变化的影响。 5.随访结果:3个月后对儿童感觉统合能力进行复测,发现经家长营养知识干预组儿童感觉统合训练长期效果较单纯使用感觉统合训练效果好;但是家长反映在饮食行为改变中存在着困难。 结论: 1.幼儿感觉统合能力与儿童营养状况密切相关,体格消瘦、营养素摄入不足是感觉统合失调发生的危险因素。 2.感觉统合训练是改善儿童感觉统合失调行之有效的方法。 3.对家长进行营养知识干预有助于提高儿童感觉统合训练效果。儿童感觉统合能力的提高与儿童体格变化和蛋白质、维生素A、钙、镁等营养素摄入量增加有关。 4.干预结束3个月后,随访发现应用膳食营养知识指导儿童饮食存在困难,儿童饮食行为恢复到干预前状况,提示营养知识需要反复进行强化,以保证形成稳定的行为模式。
[Abstract]:Purpose of study :
1 . To explore the relationship between the nutritional status of children and the development of sensory integration ability through the investigation of the nutritional status and parental knowledge level of sensory integrative dysfunction children , and to provide a new idea for the prevention of children ' s sensory integration disorder .
2 . Through the assessment of sensory integration ability before and after the intervention of sensory integrative dysfunction children , the influence of improving the parents ' nutrition knowledge on the development of sensory integration ability of children is analyzed in depth , and the effective methods to improve the sensory integration training of children are discussed .
Study objects and methods :
1 . Analysis and research : Using the form of poster , enrollment voluntary enrollment in sensory integration training , sensory integration test was assessed as 60 pre - school children with sensory integration disorder as research object , physical examination , dietary nutrition survey and nutrition knowledge of parents were investigated .
2 . Intervention study : 60 sensory integrative dysfunction children were randomly divided into experimental group and control group , and the control group adopted sensory integration training and parental nutrition knowledge intervention , and the control group adopted sensory integration training only . After intervention , the sensory integration ability , physical condition , dietary situation and nutrition knowledge of parents were measured .
3 . Follow - up study : Three months after the end of the intervention , the sensory integration ability , physical condition , dietary situation and nutrition knowledge of parents were investigated , and the intervention effect was evaluated by parents .
Results of the study :
1 . The nutrition knowledge of 60 children with sensory integrative dysfunction was found to be 57.35 卤 12.84 , and the passing rate was 34.7 % .
The attitude score was 80.94 卤 18.73 .
The dietary behavior of children was 70.07 卤 3.02 . Regression analysis indicated that the ability of sensory integration of children was influenced by the degree of education of the mother and the gender of the child .
2.60 sensory integrative dysfunction children Kaup index was 16.29 卤 1 . 58 , of which 20.0 % had a thin phenomenon , and the correlation analysis showed that the sensory integration ability of children was affected by body weight , body weight index and skinfold thickness .
3 . This study found that the intake of vitamin B1 , zinc and calcium was lower than that of standard intake ( P0.05 ) . The correlation analysis and canonical correlation analysis indicated that the sensory integration ability of children was influenced by energy , protein , vitamin B2 , iron , zinc , magnesium and calcium intake .
4 . Evaluation of intervention effect : The sensory integration ability of experimental group and control group was significantly improved compared with control group ( P0.05 ) . The effect of sensory integration training was influenced by whether parents nutrition knowledge intervention , protein , vitamin A , calcium , magnesium intake change value and physical change were carried out .
5 . Follow - up results : After 3 months , the sensory integration ability of children was measured , and it was found that the long - term effect of sensory integration training was better than that of using sensory integration training .
But parents have difficulty in eating behavior change .
Conclusion :
1 . The sensory integration ability of young children is closely related to the nutritional status of children . The lack of body weight and insufficient intake of nutrients is a risk factor for sensory integration disorder .
2 . Sensory integration training is an effective way to improve the sensory integration of children .
3 . The intervention of nutrition knowledge to parents helps to improve the sensory integration training effect of children . The improvement of sensory integration ability of children is related to the increase of physical changes and protein , vitamin A , calcium , magnesium and other nutrients intake .
4 . After 3 months of intervention , the follow - up showed that dietary nutrition knowledge was used to guide children ' s diet , and children ' s eating behavior was recovered to pre - intervention condition , suggesting that nutrition knowledge needed to be strengthened repeatedly to ensure stable behavior pattern .
