酒精干扰成年海马神经发生与诱导痴呆发病的研究

【摘要】:酒精中毒是诱导痴呆发病的重要因素。近年来研究证实酒精干扰成年海马神经发生与诱导痴呆发病密切相关。酒精可通过抑制成年海马新生神经元的发生过程而影响学习记忆功能调控,其具体作用机制包括诱导促进神经炎性反应、抑制神经营养因子表达及干扰神经干细胞增殖分化相关信号通路等。目前针对酒精性痴呆患者的治疗手段有限且治疗效果不佳,因此深入阐明酒精导致学习记忆功能障碍的分子机制对于寻求更为有效的治疗方法具有十分重要的意义。
[Abstract]:Alcohol poisoning is an important factor in inducing dementia. Recent studies have shown that alcohol interference in adult hippocampal neurogenesis is closely related to the induction of dementia. Alcohol can affect the regulation of learning and memory function by inhibiting the development of adult hippocampal neonate neurons, including inducing and promoting neuroinflammatory response. Inhibition of neurotrophic factor expression and interference of neural stem cell proliferation and differentiation related signal pathway. At present, the treatment of alcoholic dementia patients is limited and the therapeutic effect is not good. Therefore, it is very important to clarify the molecular mechanism of alcohol induced learning and memory dysfunction in order to find more effective treatment.
