大连市60岁以上人口焦虑症状和日常功能损害调查研究

【摘要】:目的:通过调查研究,详细描述大连市60岁以上人口焦虑症状及分布特征,日常功能损害(自理功能、社交功能及家务功能的损害情况)及分布特征,并通过统计学计算,归纳分析二者是否存在联系。为提高60岁以上人口生活质量,制定针对60岁以上人口的精神卫生总体规划和进一步开展社区精神卫生工作提供可靠资料和科学依据。 方法:以大连市全市11个区县的居民作为调查对象,采取采取分层整群随机抽样的方法。筛查工具采用由北京大学精神卫生研究所提供的中文版本的复合性国际诊断交谈检查(the Compositic International Diagnostie Interview—CIDI3.0)。由经过统一培训的调查人员进行现场操作。共调查样本5280人,回收有效问卷5062份,选取年龄≥60岁的样本,共1016例。利用Blaise软件及SAS软件建立数据库,使用SPSS17.0软件包进行整理和统计分析,运用χ2检验统计学方法。 结果:1.大连市60岁以上人口的焦虑情绪以躯体性焦虑为主,最常见的是关节疼。2.精神性焦虑症状以容易感觉疲劳最常见。3.性别、城乡及婚姻状况对焦虑情绪总体分布无明显影响。男性比女性更容易出现背疼和消化不良的反应。城市人口更容易出现头疼,而农村人口更出现背疼。4.婚姻状况对60岁以上人口的自理、社交及家务功能损害有显著影响,无婚姻组功能受损明显高于有婚姻组。5.焦虑情绪影响60岁以上人口的自理、社交及家务功能,有焦虑人群日常功能损害情况明显高于无焦虑人群。 结论:1.大连市60岁以上人口的焦虑情绪以躯体性焦虑为主,最常见的是关节疼,,精神性焦虑症状以容易感觉疲劳最常见。2.婚姻状况对60岁以上人口的日常功能存在显著影响。无配偶人群的日常功能损害程度要高于有配偶人群。3.焦虑对60岁以上人口的日常功能存在显著影响。有焦虑人群的日常功能受损程度高于无焦虑人群。
