稳定期双相障碍Ⅰ型患者认知功能及其相关因素

【摘要】：目的分析稳定期双相障碍I型患者认知功能及其相关因素。方法随机整群抽取60例稳定期双相障碍Ⅰ型患者为研究组,同期体检的60名健康人员为对照组,给予研究组有针对性的治疗,对两组认知功能各指标及其与临床特征的关系进行统计分析。结果研究组数字符号、数字广度(顺背、倒背、总分)、视觉再生评分均显著低于对照组(P0.05),连线测验(TMT)-A、TMT-B时间均显著长于对照组(均P0.05);研究组数字符号评分和病程、汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)、Young躁狂量表(YMRS)评分显著相关(r=-0.18、-0.20、-0.21,均P0.05);数字广度(顺背、倒背、总分)、视觉再生评分和YMRS评分显著相关(r=-0.15、-0.19、-0.19、-0.18,均P0.05);TMT-A、TMT-B时间和HAMD、YMRS评分显著相关(r=0.24、0.22、0.26、0.22,均P0.05)。结论稳定期双相障碍I型患者认知功能较低。病程、HAMD、YMRS评分对其造成了直接影响。
[Abstract]:Objective to analyze the cognitive function and its related factors in stable bipolar disorder type I patients. Methods A total of 60 stable bipolar disorder patients were randomly selected as study group and 60 healthy persons as control group. The relationship between each index of cognitive function and clinical features was analyzed statistically. Results the scores of digital symbol, digit span (back, total score, visual regeneration) in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P 0.05), and the time of TMTT- An TMT-B in the study group was significantly longer than that in the control group (all P 0.05), the score of digital symbol and the course of disease in the study group were significantly longer than those in the control group. The Hamilton Depression scale (Hamd) and the Young manic scale (YMRS) scores were significantly correlated with r-0.18- 0.20mm-0.21 (all P 0.05, P < 0.05), and the scores of digital span (converse, backward, total score, visual regeneration score and YMRS score) were significantly correlated with r-0.15-0.19-0.19-0.18, both P0.05T and TMT-B time were significantly correlated with the YMRS score of HAMD-YMRS (P = 0.240.220.260.22, all P 0.05). Conclusion the cognitive function of patients with stable bipolar disorder type I is lower. The course of disease and the score of YMRS had a direct effect on it.
