精神病前驱期人群的平滑追随眼动特征

【摘要】：目的探究精神病前驱期人群平滑追随过程中的眼动特征。方法纳入60例精神病前驱期被试和性别、年龄及教育年限相匹配的60名正常对照,进行平滑追随任务以检测眼动表现,该实验分为水平直线运动(0.4 Hz)、李萨如曲线运动(0.2 Hz及0.4 Hz)3种任务条件,用韦氏记忆量表第三版空间广度测验评价被试的工作记忆水平,比较两组追随表现,分析其与工作记忆的关系。结果与对照组相比,前驱期组表现出更低的水平方向速度增益[李萨如0.2 Hz任务(0.82±0.12)vs.(0.89±0.09),李萨如0.4 Hz任务(0.78±0.13)vs.(0.84±0.14)],更低的竖直方向增益[李萨如0.2 Hz任务(0.80±0.14)vs.(0.86±0.12),0.4 Hz任务(0.71±0.15)vs.(0.77±0.16)]及更高的平均位置偏差[李萨如0.2 Hz任务(37.00±19.10)vs.(30.45±16.18),李萨如0.4 Hz任务(44.18±19.70)vs.(37.61±16.26)],差异均有统计学意义(P0.05)。前驱期被试的竖直(r=0.327,P=0.011)及水平(r=0.361,P=0.005)增益均值与空间广度测验得分之间正相关具有统计学意义。结论精神病前驱期人群存在平滑追随眼动受损,这种受损与他们的工作记忆受损有关。
[Abstract]:Objective to explore the eye movement characteristics in the process of smooth follow in the prepsychotic population. Methods 60 normal subjects matched with sex, age and years of education were enrolled in 60 patients with psychosis in the precursor period, and their eye movements were measured by smooth follow task. The experiment was divided into three task conditions: horizontal linear motion 0. 4 Hz, Lisaru curve movement 0. 2 Hz and 0. 4 Hz. The working memory level of the subjects was evaluated by Wechsler memory scale version 3, and the performance of the two groups was compared. Analyze its relation with working memory. Results compared with the control group, Lower horizontal velocity gain (0.82 卤0.12)vs.(0.89 卤0.09), lower vertical gain (0.80 卤0.12Hz 卤0.71 卤0.15)vs.(0.77 卤0.16) and higher mean position deviation (0.78 卤0.13)vs.(0.84 卤0.14) and higher mean position deviation (0.80 卤0.14)vs.(0.86 卤0.12 卤0.16) and higher mean position deviation (0.82 卤0.09 卤0.16) and 0.80 卤0.12 卤0.12 Hz (0.80 卤0.12 卤0.16) and higher mean position deviations (0.82 卤0.09 卤0.78 卤0.14) and 0.80 卤0.12 卤0.12 卤0.40 Hz respectively in the prodromal phase group. For example, 0.2Hz task (37.00 卤19.10)vs.(30.45 卤16.18g) and Lisaru 0.4Hz task (44.18 卤16.26), the differences were statistically significant (P 0.05). Conclusion there is a smooth eye movement impairment in the prepsychotic group, which is related to their working memory impairment.
