阿立哌唑与喹硫平治疗精神分裂症的疗效与安全性

【摘要】：目的探究阿立哌唑与喹硫平治疗精神分裂症的疗效与安全性。方法选取我县县医院从2011年7月至2014年7月收治的46例精神分裂症患者,将其随机分为阿立哌唑组和喹硫平组,两组患者各23例。阿立哌唑组患者采用阿立哌唑治疗,喹硫平组采用喹硫平进行治疗,对比两组患者的阳性与阴性症状量表(PANSS评分),并记录两组患者在治疗过程中的不良反应情况。结果两组患者的PANSS评分均有明显改善,两组患者的治疗效果无明显差异,但是阿立哌唑组的治疗稳定性较好。结论阿立哌唑和喹硫平治疗分类症均有较好的治疗效果,但是二者在不良反应情况上差异。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the efficacy and safety of aripiprazole and quinapine in the treatment of schizophrenia. Methods from July 2011 to July 2014, 46 patients with schizophrenia were randomly divided into two groups: aripiprazole group and quetiapine group. Aripiprazole group and quetiapine group were treated with aripiprazole and quetiapine respectively. The positive and negative symptom scales (PANSS scores) were compared between the two groups, and the adverse reactions of the two groups were recorded. Results the PANSS scores of the two groups were significantly improved, but the treatment stability of aripiprazole group was better than that of the control group. Conclusion aripiprazole and quetiapine have good therapeutic effect on classified syndrome, but there are differences in adverse reactions between them.
