抽动障碍儿童情绪问题分析

【摘要】:目的:对抽动障碍患儿的情绪进行分析,为临床治疗提供参考依据。方法:选取河南省儿童心理行为中心治疗的抽动障碍患儿143例,采用耶鲁综合抽动严重程度量表(YGTSS)、儿童焦虑性情绪障碍筛查表(SCARED)、儿童抑郁障碍自评量表(DSRSC)进行分组分析。结果:抽动严重程度重组(II组)与抽动严重程度较轻组(I组)之间其情绪障碍发生率差异有统计学意义(P0.01),Ⅱ组中女孩在抑郁障碍、广泛性焦虑和学校恐怖因子分较男孩高,差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论:抽动症状越重,情绪障碍越明显,其中女孩的抑郁、焦虑情绪和学校恐怖症状更为明显。
