注意缺陷多动障碍的ERP研究

【摘要】：针对注意缺陷多动障碍的神经机制研究,是诊断和治疗此类疾病的重要基础。文章综述了国内外关于注意缺陷多动障碍的事件相关电位研究。当前的研究焦点主要集中在揭示ERP成分差异性与认知缺陷之间的关系上。研究发现,ADHD儿童在N1、P2、N2和P3成分上均与健康儿童存在较大的差异,意味着其在注意定向、抑制监控能量调节和错误加工等方面存在认知缺陷。文章的系统总结将有助于认清当前该领域的研究进展及存在的不足,为后续研究的开展提供思路。
[Abstract]:The study of neural mechanism of attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) is an important basis for diagnosis and treatment of this disease. This paper reviews the research on event-related potentials of attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) at home and abroad. Current research focuses on revealing the relationship between ERP component differences and cognitive impairment. It was found that there were significant differences between ADHD children and healthy children in N _ 1 P _ 2N _ 2 and P _ 3, which indicated that ADHD children had cognitive defects in attention orientation, inhibition of monitoring energy regulation and error processing. The systematic summary of the paper will be helpful to recognize the current research progress and shortcomings in this field, and to provide ideas for further research.
