【摘要】:正最近,Wyss-Coray在其题为《衰老,神经退行及恢复脑活力》的文章中~([1])阐述了血液中的一些蛋白因子在一定程度上具有恢复脑活力和延缓脑老化的作用.文章还强调,异常溶酶体(abnormal lysosome,AL)的积累是脑老化过程中的典型现象之一.AL无法降解和清除受损生物大分子,使脑内异常蛋白质聚积,包涵体增加,从而破坏蛋白质
[Abstract]:Recently, Wyss-Coray, in his article entitled "Aging, neurodegenerative and brain rejuvenation", stated that some protein factors in blood can restore brain vitality and delay brain aging to some extent. It is also emphasized that the accumulation of abnormal lysosomes (abnormal lysosome,AL) is one of the typical phenomena during brain aging. Al can not degrade and remove damaged biomolecules, which leads to the accumulation of abnormal proteins and the increase of inclusion bodies in the brain, thus destroying proteins.
